MAD Armory TX is committed to your satisfaction. Due to the nature of firearms and ammunition, our return policy is subject to federal and state regulations. Please review the following guidelines carefully.
Firearms Returns
- Firearms may be returned within 14 days of delivery to your FFL dealer, provided they are unfired, in original packaging, and in new condition.
- All firearm returns must be shipped back through a licensed FFL dealer. We cannot accept firearms shipped directly from customers.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to firearm returns.
- Custom or special-order firearms are non-returnable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Ammunition Returns
Due to safety regulations, ammunition is non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped. If you receive damaged or incorrect ammunition, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
Accessories, Optics & Parts
- Non-firearm items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition with all packaging.
- Items must include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a return label at no cost and provide a replacement or full refund. Many manufacturers also offer direct warranty support.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@madarmorytx.com or call (832) 555-0000 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization number.
Non-Returnable Items
- Ammunition (once shipped)
- Custom or special-order firearms
- NFA items (suppressors, SBRs) once Form 4 is submitted
- Items that have been fired, used, or modified
- Cleaning supplies and consumables (opened)
