If you establish an account or register at the Site, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account. Compliance: All serialized purchases strictly require a transfer to a verified Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. All items purchased through the Site are made pursuant to a purchase contract.
Accuracy: MAD Armory does not warrant that product descriptions, pricing or other content at the Site is perfectly accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
Failed Background Checks: Failed ATF Form 4473 checks incur a mandatory 20% restocking fee, plus return shipping costs.
You agree that MAD Armory may contact you by electronic communication, including telephone or text messages (including by an automatic telephone dialing system) at any of the email addresses or phone numbers provided by you.
You understand that you are not required to provide this consent as a condition of purchasing any property, goods or services. You may opt out of receiving emails or text messages from us at any time either by texting the word "STOP" to any text message.
All bespoke modification services—including Cerakote applications, laser engraving, and custom apparel printing—are strictly non-refundable once production commences. Estimated turnaround times are subject to operational volume and raw material logistics.
The Site, and all text, images, marks, logos and other content contained herein are the proprietary property of MAD Customs of Texas LLC or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rights holders, or other content providers and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
If you believe that material posted on the Site infringes upon any copyright that you own or control, you may file a notification of such infringement with our Compliance Team. The notification must include identification of the material that you claim is infringing, your contact information, and a statement made under penalty of perjury.

MAD ARMORY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
USE OF THE SITE AND THE SERVICES IS SOLELY AT YOUR RISK. MAD CUSTOMS OF TEXAS LLC OR ANY PARTIES PROVIDING SITE CONTENT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS PROFITS OR OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
This Agreement and performance hereunder will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Texas, without giving effect to conflict of law principles. You will resolve any claim, cause of action or dispute exclusively in the federal and state courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas.
