Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order contents, vendor availability, and destination.
- Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — your checkout will show the exact shipping cost and how close you are to free shipping.
- Our system automatically optimizes vendor selection to minimize the number of shipments and keep shipping costs as low as possible.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
- In-stock items ship from our vendor network. Most items ship within 2-5 business days.
- Custom or special-order items may take 7-14 business days.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Multiple Shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments from different vendors. This is normal and allows us to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
- Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
- You will be notified by email as each shipment is dispatched.
- All shipments are included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout — there are no additional charges for split shipments.
- If part of your order is delayed, the rest will ship on schedule.
Firearms Shipping
- Federal law requires all firearms to be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer.
- You must select an FFL dealer during checkout. The firearm will be shipped directly to that dealer.
- You will complete the ATF Form 4473 and background check (NICS) at the FFL dealer upon pickup.
- Firearms require an adult signature upon delivery to the FFL.
- We cannot ship firearms to P.O. Boxes.
Ammunition Shipping
- Ammunition ships via ground only (no air freight) per DOT/IATA regulations.
- Ammunition must be shipped to a physical address — no P.O. Boxes.
- Adult signature may be required depending on your state.
- We comply with all state and local ammunition shipping restrictions.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to all 50 US states, subject to state and local laws.
- Some items may be restricted in certain states (e.g., magazine capacity limits, certain firearm models).
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
- Orders to restricted states will be reviewed and you will be contacted if your order cannot be fulfilled.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, contact us at support@madarmorytx.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
